Refund policy

REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECIEVING YOUR ORDER, you can check your order upon receiving it and return it with the courier if you don't want it.

NO REFUND on discounted items .

If there's a problem with the size/color/quality, you can give it back to the courier on the spot and contact us through facebook/instagram to exchange it.

You can exchange your order within 14 days from receiving it.

All our products come with a 6 month warranty in case there's any defect. 

💳 Payments & Visa Transactions

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Visa Payment Refunds:

  • If you paid using a Visa card, your refund will be credited directly to the same Visa account.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 14–28 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement.
